What is the hiring process?

Chances are that your next high performer is already employed somewhere else. We use our deep marketing experience to find across many outlets the best potential candidate. Once someone has applied, we set up a phone interview where we ask competency-based questions to determine the candidate’s level of competency to do the job. If they pass our high standards, we pass only the best candidates to you for a final interview. If you like them, we’ll do a background check, if they pass then we clear them to be hired. We’ll then set a start date and help with the on-boarding process like tax forms, checklists etc.
