- Enter all leads. (this means all leads, you pay for them you should have some accounting for how well you get and use them)
- Record every time the status changes on your leads. (lead -> estimate -> work order -> invoice)
- Use the scheduler to schedule all estimates and jobs. Assign all techs that will work on the job.
